Sign in at app.sentrodesk.com using the method linked to your account, then select the workspace from the navigation rail. Check the workspace name before replying or changing settings.
Before you begin
You need an existing account or an invitation from your workspace administrator.
Step by step
- Open app.sentrodesk.com. The sign-in screen offers email and password or Continue with Google.
- Use the method connected to your account. Complete the authenticator step if two-factor authentication is enabled.
- After sign-in, open the workspace control at the top of the navigation rail and select a workspace you can access.
- Check the workspace name before changing settings, generating a widget, or replying to a conversation.
What to check
The navigation and data belong to the workspace you selected. Your access can differ between workspaces.
Need to troubleshoot?
I cannot see a workspace
Ask its administrator to confirm that your invitation and workspace access are active.
I cannot sign in with my password
Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page. Do not send your password or authentication code to support.
